Pennsylvania Ave., Mason City, IA 50401-6053 or drop off at any of the buildings in the district and they will be happy to forward it to our offices. If you prefer to complete this evaluation form electronically please scroll to the bottom of this page to access this evaluation as either a "Word" document or in "PDF" format, complete and then e-mail to Sue Deike, Office of the Superintendent.

 

This annual report will be posted to our website soon. If you did not receive a copy of it, please feel free to stop in at our administrative offices at 1515 S. Pennsylvania or contact our offices at 641-421-4401 to have a copy forwarded to you.

The Iowa Department of Education requires the district to report all of the achievement and performance indicator data that is included in the Annual Progress Report.  However, we try to make the facts interesting!  Your feedback will help us improve our communication to you.
