Summary of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting

June 11, 2007

The Board of Education Committee of the Whole met at 5:30 p.m., on Monday, June 11, 2007, in the Information Center of Mason City High School. Present were Samuel Hunt, President; Tim Becker, Gary Hoffman, Darshini Jayawardena, and Jim Spicer, Directors. Directors Michele Appelgate and Mark Young were absent.

Darshini Jayawardena was duly sworn in by Board Secretary Ramona Jeffrey to fill the term of office being vacated by Janet Isaacson.

Superintendent Keith Sersland and Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds Todd Huff facilitated a tour of the high school buildings and grounds.

Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. No action was taken during the work/study session.
