Summary of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting

December 10, 2007

The Board of Education Committee of the Whole met at 5:15 p.m., on Monday, December 10, 2007, in the Board Room at the Administration Building. Present were Jim Spicer, President; Michele Appelgate, Tim Becker, Gary Hoffman, Darshini Jayawardena, Robert Thoms and Mark Young, Directors.

The Board interviewed the search firms of Tryon and Associates, McPherson and Jacobson, and Ray and Associates.

Meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.m. No action was taken during work/study session.
