The Mason City Community School District now offers a web store with secure on-line payment through RevTrak. The address of this web store is http://masoncityschools.revtrak.net. The service is very similar to amazon.com on-line. You simply create and account and place items in your shopping cart. Then simply check out.

Access Numbers
You will need student specific information for the webstore. To make lunch payments, you will need your School Dining System family ID and password. For all other purchases you will need your student's Powerschool Student ID. Your student's Powerschool Student ID can be found at the top of the screen just below your student's name when you log into the Powerschool parent portal. If you have logged into School Dining System in the past, again, you will need that family ID and password if you choose to use the webstore to pay for any lunch payments. Powerschool parent portal usernames and passwords to log into the Powerschool can be found in the header of the the registration information sheet sent to you in the weeks leading up to registration. You may also receive an e-mail at during that time with this information.

The basic required payments at each building differ slightly. All buildings have an enrollment fee. For K-5 students, that fee is $35. For 6-12 students, that fee is $70. If you have multiple students the max fee for enrollment is $150 K-12. Also, for grades 6-12 there is a planner fee. For grades 5 and 6 the planner fee is $4. For grades 7-12 the planner fee is $5.

So if you were a typical parent of one high school student your required payment would be $70 for enrollment and $5 for planner. There are additional options in the web store to pay for several other items as well including:
-Unpaid past due fees (Log into Powerschool to see if your student has any. Use the Miscellaneous fee payment option in the web store for unpaid past due fees.)
-Lunch payments
-Transportation/Busing payments
-Student parking
-Yearbook
-etc.

When you arrive at registration we simply verify your payments and you will have saved time for yourself and the school district!
