Announcements |
Herff Jones visited with Seniors on November 2nd in Government/Econ classes. Order forms for announcements and miscellaneous graduation items were handed out at this time. The Herff Jones rep will be at the student
counter from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12th to hand out
class ring and announcement orders. |

Caps and Gowns |
Graduates were measured for cap and gowns in Government and Economics classes during the Herff Jones presentations on November 2nd. Cap and gowns are picked up the week prior to graduation by graduate. Parents/guardians will be mailed a letter the first week of May outlining procedures for Commencement Ceremonies and cap and gown pick up. This letter will answer many if not all your questions. |

Diplomas |
Seniors were given an opportunity to verify their legal names for Diplomas on November 2nd during cap and gown measurement. Diplomas will be picked up by graduates after Commencement ceremonies at the Stadium concession stand. Immunization cards will be included in the diploma envelope. MCHS keeps no record of immunizations. Be sure to put this record in a secure place. |

Senior Commencement Speech |
Auditions are open to all graduates. Seniors interested in speaking at Graduation may pick up a rubric in the counseling center when announced in April. |

Senior Class Picture |
The senior class picture will be taken Thursday, March 6th at 10:00 a.m. in the gymnasium. |

Seniors Last Day |
Seniors last day will be Wednesday, May 21st. Seniors entering the building after that date need to check in the office to receive a visitor pass. All fees and fines must be paid by date to be announced in order to participate in Commencement ceremonies. This includes NIACC fees. |
