Please call the neighborhood school to pre-register

Please bring the following with you to round-up:

Child's birth certificate or a copy of it.
Child's social security number.
Child's immunization record.

If you have a child who will be 5 years of age on or before September 15, 2008, please fill a kindergarten enrollment form (click HERE) and return it to the office of the elementary building in your attendance area or the Mason City Community School District Administration Building at 1515 S. Pennsylvania Ave. or contact us at 421-4400. If you know of someone who has a child please pass this information along. Thank you.
