How should you request technology help?

The protocol for requesting technology assistance can be summarized in this way:
Colleague > Cadre Member > Julie Bigler (Adm Building) > Technology Staff

In other words, if you are having an issue with technology, get help first from a fellow staff member, or even a technology cadre member. Each building has designated teachers and/or staff that are on the cadre. They are very willing to help. If you've gotten assistance from a fellow staff member or cadre member and the problem did not get resolved, you or the cadre member should contact Julie Bigler at the administration building via e-mail or phone (4402). She will then alert the appropriate technology staff to address the issue. Technology staff strives to address technology issues as quickly as possible. During high volume times, problems can take longer to resolve, however technology staff will always contact you within 24 hours.
