Software Request...

Acquiring software requires approval. A software request form should be filled out by any employee wishing to acquire software to be installed on any computer(s) in the district. The form is reviewed by administrators for approval or denial.

Click HERE to view the form. Select Open, and choose 'Read Only' when prompted. To print the form, when viewing it, simply go up to File and Print.
